heard it on radio and had no idea it was the roots. heard madlib use the sample which lead me to bobbi humphrey and now here so thanks.

@ chapdog82 so u from NJ 2!!! :-D I miss the Vibes & Vapors show so bad... I recorded so many of their shows. Lost all my tapes, got em back in '03 & had em ALL in my truck, truck got stolen & I cried. Coulda cared less bout the brand nu truck, I was crying 4 my tapes lol! But yo, WPRB still doin their thing on Sunday evenings 5-7. Side B Radio. Everyone check it out! Peace!

I love the roots man..
I first heard this mix back in 94 back on the vibes and vapors show. Recorded it on a mix tape and lost it. I've been looking for this song for 16 years. This takes me back to a time that was awesome. Hip Hop was real back then. Thanks so much for posting this!
