Hyakiss, rare spider boss

My Death Knight soloing one of the 3 rare bosses that Karazhan can contain. (Watch in High Def for your own sake)

How to spawn it (or how it seemed to spawn), clear all of the animals (spiders, bats, hounds) until you see an emote (in this case for Hyakiss the rare spider) "Hyakiss skitters out from the shadows", I assume for the other animals it should be something similar.

At first I couldn't find the boss because the spider boss stealths, so look around a bit.

Dropped an epic leather belt (bound on pick up) with random +110 attack power (lame).

I had already used death pact before summoning army of the dead, I summoned him exactly because death pact but it was on cooldown and I didn't notice.
