Say what you will about Raul Julia as Bison, but at least he looks somewhat like him in the Bison costume.

The actor who did Balrog in that film was the ONLY actor who didn't take it seriously, as he was a fan of the franchise (Balrog was also his favorite character) and he rightfully saw the film as an insult to the franchise.

When I saw Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-li, I was the only person in the audience watching the movie.

I remember a blog saying that Capcom really don´t care how they use they characters. The first Street Fighter movie is still producing money for Capcom, it doesn´t matter how bad it was, so they didn´t care about Legend of Chun Li either.
