I was about to comment amazedly that the ambulance siren was in the same key as this song . . . and then noticed that this obvious fact was caught by many . . . nevertheless . . . too damned cool!! AWESOME song!! Never heard of this cat before

the timing of that ambulance could not be better...same key, and the metaphorical representation..panic, emergency, death, distress....perfect for the song itself and the story within it.
