If you are wearing a foundation, i would do it over the top of the foundation. It is like a stain with glow. Some people use it on their lips as well. It is a beautiful fresh natural color (as long as you don't overdo it!).

i use benefit and i think its amazing and i have spots and it just covers them up completely and stays on all day , i reccomend it 10/10:)
