I was part of the "boat people" rescue - being in the US Navy off Vietnam/Indonesia my ship picked up hundreds of drowning people escaping Cambodia and 'Nam in '79-80. A girl was born on our ship and she named her Tarawa after the name of my ship... That's what it's ALL about. The Khmer Rouse killed millions of their own - and Todd was AWARE!! I was only aware cause I was there!!! JC

Sorry mctalks - I was in the middle of another essay on Bush and jumped back and forth & let him creep into that timezone... So sue me. Also - I was out of the military by '82, the real Subject being the Boat People from '79-81, and I did my part as part of the Security Alert Force - I had to read faces more than just the alphabet - which something mctalks proabably never had to do - and is what gets our people killed more often than not since 'Nam... Bad reads on bad people - like you.
