I saw her perform this song (and "I Will Survive") in the early 90's in San Jose (and it was fierce). Just heard it played at a gay circuit party this weekend. She looks the same now as back then.

@takeittookit In 1991 I used to work out at a gym in Boston that was in an old brick factory building. They played the radio for music, except when aerobics classes were going on and then they would pipe in the aerobics music into the entire gym. I heard this song many times because of that and couldn't get enough! Then I started hearing it in the clubs. It is one of my absolute favorite songs of all time, across any and all genres. And this video is great--Lonnie looks fierce as hell!
