*No swimbaits were injured during the making of this video* John Crews on the SPRO BBZ-1 Threadfin Shad Swimbait. It will be red hot once on the market! It comes in slow sink (in video) and fast sink.

  • Glad to know it will hold up. I have a Tru Life in my box, too. The BBZ seems to work better for me. Thanks for watching. -JC

  • all of you are wrong!!! The 4" tru life swimbait and the 7"-9" tru life swimbaits are 100 times better. you can buy three of these.... or... buy 1 of the tru life. wake slow sink and fast sink in one bait!!!

  • Those baits swim pretty well but I would not want to hook a 10 pounder on those regular No. 6 trebles on the TT 4". I would take my chances with a 2X No. 2 treble on the BBZ instead.

  • less talkin and more swimbait action would be nice........

  • Good point. I like talkin'.

  • @H00kersandbl0w if you are ok with online purchase bass pro shop and tackle warehouse sites have been good to me.

  • Where can I buy this Threadfin Shad Swimbait? Can't find it anywhere.

  • @k9feces i laugh at people with kayaks when im running bye them because there is a lot better fishing else where or when im fishing a tourney for hella money and its really windy and im out on the water with it not affecting me

  • I laugh at people with Bassboats that watch me catch fish from my Kayak

  • @k9feces ahhh you have'nt been bass fishing long have you?? once you drop loot on a boat, trolling motor special s.i. fish finders and a SHIT load of money on rods and reels ect ect. 20 bucks for a swimbait will seem cheap because when it comes down to it, all that other shit ain't worth nothing if the bass ain't takin the bait!!!

  • i bought some of the BBZ 1 4inch and the 2.5 they look awesome in the water...havent caught anything yet...but really havent given it a far chance..but im excited about it.

  • i have the same one i bought for $20

  • I wish it came standard with bleeding hooks, That big black nickle hook make it look not right, i changed mine to bleeding now bass hit it

  • I'll gladly pay $20 for a bait made for Muskies because they have thrugh wire construction and hardened plasitc to hold up the their teeth. But $20 for a bass bait? Show me where in the construction that makes it worth the price and I may consider it.

  • @tony93666 not saying i would buy anything like that

just saying a lure of this quality is hard to find at this price
