Some people put foundation, then concealer. Since the concealer is on top of the foundation, the concealer is more likely to fade faster. So putting on the concealer first, then foundation helps to sustain the concealer a bit longer than usual.

I'm thinking about getting the Makeup Forever concealer...I tried it in Sephora. Does it stay on all day? I heard it's really good but does it fade and also does it smear if you touch it?

For me, the concealer last about 8 hours, depending what you are doing that day. If I do heavy activities, which makes my skin oily, then it would last 6 hours max. If I rub my eyes, the concealer doesn't move, but it'll leave some residue on my hand. What I do to make my concealer last longer is by dabbing the concealer on in the areas that need the most coverage,just smearing the outer edges to blend into my skin. Also, I would apply foundation on top of the concealer to "set" the concealer.

Have you asked your sephora if you can have a 1-2 day trial sample of the product?
