Keegan is SO into his character that he does his skit perfectly, even though he REALLY IS SHIRTLESS IN THE WINTERTIME. LOOK THEY'RE IS SNOW ON THE SIDEWALK!!! HE IS A GENIUS!!! Where is he now anyway? Notice he uses different shower caps in different skits too!
