dont get how anyone would think they could help out the japanese by sending money. the japanese are one of the richest peoples that ever existed in the history of the world. they got all the money they could ever need to fix this. its silly to assume sending them even a billion or 10 billion or 100 billion dollars would make any difference whatsoever. this is NOT a money problem. they got money. lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of it.
