Doc took the club and turned it into a criminal organization The second he invited in members of L.A street gangs who didnt even ride to be full patched members is when the Mongols MC became a criminal enterprise first and a MC second. Now it is illegal to wear the colors, they can be confiscated by law enforcement. Violation of a constitutional right.
