Thank you for your comment. Law makers have a tough job -- their decisions affect the lives of the people of Hawaii. Our hope is that this video will provide them with a deeper insight.

Why is this even a question? And how stupid would you have to be to want to get rid of something that is stimulating the economy? Who is that stupid?

Mahalo! Everyone who worked on this project contributed their excellent skills to make this happen all without any thought of monetary compensation.

Thanks! It seems to have gotten some success in penetrating the grass roots of Hawaii's social network. Just as important, we delivered a DVD of the movie to every Hawaii legislature (and if your a law maker reading this, and would like an additional complimentary copy, please contact us). So, keep the chirps of government participation loud and clear! :)

Thanks, guys. Great explanation. So, have you already e-mailed the link to our legislators or should we do that? As another one of Shan's investors who's trying to move from real estate to local intellectual property, I appreciate his point that it's more than just tax credits. Us entry-level accredited investors only save a few hundred bucks in taxes, and we'd much rather find good local startups who want to employ our high-tech kids.

Great pick-up on Shan's point. The theme we kept hearing during these interviews was building a diversified economy. And yes, a place not just for us, but for our kids and their kids.
As to letting your legislature know, yes, please send them the link. They are busy people and the more they hear about something, the more likely they are to respond.
