You know what a Model is? It's a Fashion Model. And you know what T&A means, right? So the song is about cruising down the highway with a Fashion Model jiggling her Ts and wiggling her A.

Earlier, when they auditioned by singing "Sunshine Day," the Emcee told them that the TV station had a wardrobe department that could provide them with outfits. Unfortunately, that bit of information causes even more problems. The set at the TV station looks very cheap with a stage, curtain and sign like it is some junior high school production. Although the stage is very low budget, we're told the TV station has a wardrobe department that can quickly provide the kids with matching outfits.
