November 2nd, 2010, Mississippi State defensive end Nick Bell lost a sudden and unexpected battle with cancer. Bell, who started four games in the 2010 season, had an abrupt turn of events with a diagnosis of cancer. Just two weeks ago, Nick, recovering from brain surgery, returned to the sidelines to be with his teammates during the UAB game. Rest In Peace Nick, you will be a Bulldog forever.

I hate seeing this happen to such a young guy. Such a big tragedy to all. Never knew someone almost had the same name. Will remember you Nick. You will be missed. R.I.P

God Bless This Angel♥ He didnt deserve it, but no one does. Im an auburn fan, but i cried when i heard that he got DIAGNOSED with cancer. I was crying my eyes out when he passed. He was AND is my favorite player. We all miss him dearly.

My condolences to Nicks family. I hate seeing someone so young with a full life ahead of them go down to such a horrid disease.Nicks family and friends, Miss State, The SEC, and the NCAA all lost something great today. Nick you will be remembered. I am an Arkansas fan, but today I am a Bulldog and Nick bell fan. RIP my brother.
