Fantastic! Thanks for posting this. It's unbelievable to see what it took to operate a steam locomotive. But lighting a cigarette in the cab???

As the artist David Sheperd would undoubtedly say: "Wonderful, evocative stuff !"
I was amazed to see the driver opened the firebox door for the fireman - earlier it seemed as if the door was steam operated - but the crews seem to be more interactive with each other as regard cooperation - love those goggles too ! (wonder why we didn't have them here for our crews?)
