@anotherelvis: although i cannot speak for this specific instance, two days ago i spent about 20 minutes moving the gun away from him from people trying to target him, so there is precedence. and i left a chat message saying i was doing just that.

@anotherelvis: Actually, if you read the comment section for the article on digg(dot)com, "One room, one paintball gun controlled via the Web, and one Iraqi-American", you will see that people have already talked about doing just that. In fact, digg users are even talking about crashing the server to give this guy a little quiet time. This will probably happen anyway, regardless of intent.

In the video he claims that some people want to shoot while others want to defend. I was watching during this take and according to the chat line one guy wanted to shoot the lamp and another wanted to shoot the screen close to his computer screen. I think that wafaa invented the story about people defending him by moving the gun.
