The legendary EMD 567 engine was put in to the model SW9 switcher. These are some shots from 1988 along the Pittsburg & Shawmut between Brookville & Mahoning by Rick Tonet (not me).


This was also before the P&S was Genesee and Wyomingized.

We have one of these very engines at the place I work in south Texas. I use it occasionally but it still sees daily service to this day! It was P&S 1949, can't remember what it's original number was, though.
