Old Spanish Love Song

I heard this song a long time ago, I think My Chemical Romance covered it. Anyways, I found the tabs and learned it. I am not very good at the guitar, but I love playing this song. I later found this song featured in an old move that won the academy award for best Cinematography in 1941, the movie was called Blood and Sand. Fantastic movie if you like old movies. Don Juan Gallardo is the OG Don Juan!

Is that true? I guess you learn something new every day.. I know the song as Romance De Amour, and after a few searches on the Google machine, it looks like the origins of this song are debatable. A great song none the less, and it has a Spanish feel to it for me. I haven't listened to a lot of Swedish Music (Other than Millencolin), but it they have a lot of guitar like this I have to look some of it up.

Thank you for posting this! My dad used to play that song all the time when we were kids and it brought back a flood of memories for me. (he died 5 years ago, and his b-day was just a few days ago). I could almost see my dad sitting in his chair and my sister and i on the floor in front of him asking him "again! again!". You play it beautifully!

This is NOT a spanish song. It is written by swedish Olof Thiel (1892-1978).

lol i didnt know i was subscribed to hdcineman until i got an email with this link hahaha.
