"Monster" by Skillet - Drum Cover

PLEASE READ! Note that I have only been playing drums for a few months, I AM A BEGINNER, & this is one of my first attempts at a drum cover. It's not exactly right because I'm obviously not as good as Jen Ledger, but I learned the entire thing by ear in a few hours so go easy on me. ;o) I tend to rush a bit in places, but besides that I think I did okay. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IS ALWAYS WELCOME, BUT ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT MY KIT, ABILITY, GENDER, ETC. WILL NOT BE APPROVED. Thank you. :o)

I don't want to be mean and I realize you are a beginner. For your own benefit though you should realize that you get completely off time about halfway through the video. I'm not saying it to hate on you, I'm lettin ya know so you can correct it and get better. Not horrible though you have a decent foundation. Keep working hard!

@codeezie I realize that...which is why I said so in the description of the video. This is old anyway, & hardly an accurate representation of how I play now haha. There are a couple of more recent videos of me drumming on my channel, if you're interested. Thanks for the comment. :)

@aCrAzyKriStEnr Yes. My camera doesn't pick up the bass, unfortunately. It's the same with my other videos. I can't afford to mic, so it is what it is for now. :P

Don't you love all the people who come and post that you do a terrible job when they themselves are to lazy to even try and 'make' a video... You did an awesome job! Pay no attention to the people who have nothing better to do than critique everyone else's work. You did a superb job! =) I enjoyed it - first time I've been able to hear a good drummer play loud enough for the recorder to pick everything up. ^_^ Keep up the good work Duck387, God bless you!
