The difference could not be clearer: Hillary's plan may be okay, but the word "mandate" will create such a backlash and it will not pass. Like the last time she tried to pass it, it will fail and we will not even be able to talk about it for another decade. Obama's plan will unite people, pass, and pave the way for more action in the future. I imagine that by his second term it will have been such a success, that the public will be ready for full universal health. The choice is clear.
