It's a device which can directly record footage of games, and saves it as a video file, like what you see here.

You can't. It's kind of hard to explain, but the "Replays" you see on Brawl aren't actual videos, but logs which track when certain buttons were pressed. I actually recorded this footage with a capture card.

they were both good except all ike did was --> A and other A Moves. didnt use any B's except aether. and most of all didnt re-direct with down B

Dude, all of Ike's B moves are great... Aether makes you look like a noob if you spam it, and his counter is a good prediction tool.
