@memama2 Jesus was the new doctrine. Since then, what people believe today has been steadily becoming more and more enlightened by Holy Spirit revealing to us what is in God's heart.

As far as the truth is concerned, truth unbalanced becomes loveless. Love unbalanced becomes truthless. Love is not naive. Love sees the faults but keeps no record of them.

Truth is the narrow way, love keeps us on it.

Truth shows sin, love covers it.

I cannot know love unless I know truth.

@memama2 Two things. One, God confirms His Word when He speaks. Every prophecy serves to give greater understanding of the Word.

Two. Jesus denounced the people who were denouncing others, thinking that their way was more correct than Jesus' way, which was love. The Pharisees didn't have love. They had tradition and religion. Jesus came and threw the people for a loop with a new move and a new doctrine. Check it out. What was the first thing people said about the miracles?

p.s. = I am sure "being kind" and discussing things with calmness IS BETTER ....... and something all should work on (but TRUTH outTrumps political correctness IN CHURCH and out of it) .....being SILENT is not for me ....or any of Jesus Christ's disciples = they all died martrys deaths for witnessing in public that Jesus Christs words and Scriptures WERE THE TRUTH ........ and so that is the road I will follow also ~

@MtelH = everyone to their own "style" and even "JOHN THE BAPTIST" had his head sliced off ..as he was a "hater"? when denouncing the adultery and evil of the leaders in his community! Jesus did not denounce "JOHN THE BAPTIST" ...as a "hater" .....or maybe you could tell me where that Scripture is? John The Baptist Spoke THE TRUTH and even Jesus called people = "from their father - the devil" .....pretty harsh words. But Jesus told them to those who were denouncing HIM and Holy Scripture ~

@MtelH = You are speaking of the Triune Godhead. All in agreement. None in disagreement. Nothing on this earth = any man or women "says" can DISAGREE WITH THOSE WORDS ....and "claim" GOD told " me"! =.."ME"..? You see if there were ANY NEW WORDS? they would be "on pare" with Holy Scipture and YOUR MINISTER would need to "publish to the world" THOSE NEW WORDS! & they would be sumarily dismissed= by any actual Biblical Scholars! Why? GOD has closed the cannon of Scripture. And HE is not a = liar

@memama2 One more thing. Again, I understand the frustration, but if you want to correct, then do not do so without love. I'm sure you've heard this before.

In this, I am correcting you, not to show off your faults, but to encourage you to pursue gentleness in correction. When you correct someone follow 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. If you can't do that, you're better off not correcting anyone, because you will do more harm than good. You will be seen as a 'hater' and no one will listen to you.

Another question. Do you know every deep truth about the Word of God? Many things, I see in the Word of God, I test with other parts of scripture. I don't know everything for sure, which is why I test. It is better for us to step out and be looked upon with indignation, than to not step out and miss the opportunity for God to use us.

I am not discrediting God's Word. Psalms 119. The importance of His Word.

What I am saying is that we need to value Holy Spirit.

I understand your frustration. But can you tell me what a word of knowledge is? Word of wisdom? Do you know everything about God? If God were to move in a way that was contrary to your understanding, would you accept it?

I don't know everything about God. Even His Word doesn't completely encapsulate everything about God. (His goodness, justice, love). What we do know, we only know in part, you see? We only know part of God's will. That is why we rely on Holy Spirit to reveal it.

they then become the "puppeters" of GOD.......telling HIM what they are going to do! Insisting they are now edicting "better newer words" than Old God = ever did! They insist that if one of the others gives a FALSE PROPHECY?......ignore that and do NOT "call out the liar" and dismiss him from the Pulpit! Promote him! ...and never ever allow anyone to "question" these heretics! Call the Truth Filled Godly men and women who insist these Pastors are false teachers?= "Haters" and "CausingDesension"
