Beating Sonic Casinopolis less than 10 Seconds

I first figured our this glitch by "accident". I was playing with my brother back in 2004(when I first bought it),and while my brother was reading something, I walked Tails--well.. you'll just have to see for yourself XD

This is the GC version right? I've done this in the DC version, too, though I didn't know it was in the GC version, too...Nice find!
