@iMagnusX it depends on the rack. Some of them have a little frame on the floor that you can wedge the bars into. For the ones that don't sometimes you're better off just putting a couple of heavy dumbbells against a wall and wedging the bar ends under the handles.

To wedge in a power rack, do you just put both bars in the corner?
