No an earful would be many of them set up to radiate that in all directions! (My town has such a setup that works and they use it for a lunch whistle. It is quite awesome to be near it . It is used to call the fire department or ambalance.,

Wow, lucky you! Where I live there are at least two T-Bolts I've seen that are still on their poles but I don't know if they still work or not (most of the ones around here are 2001s)

how heavy would you say the horn was alone and the chopper/rotator alone

@TheFiremansavage the horn I think is close to 100 Lbs, the rest of the siren about 200.
