FAQ: What is Crème fraîche?
Crème fraîche (French for "fresh cream") is the European counterpart to the U.S. sour cream product. It is a heavy cream slightly soured with bacterial culture, but not as sour or as thick as sour cream.
Crème fraîche can be made at home by adding a small amount of cultured buttermilk or sour cream to normal heavy cream, and allowing to stand for several hours at room temperature until the bacterial cultures act on the cream. ______________________________ 3 Eggs Nob of Butter Half Table Spoon of Crème fraîche Little bit of Salt & Pepper Chopped Chives

since I learned how to make eggs this way, this is how I always make them.. they're delicious!!! For a different flavor try mayo instead of sour cream, and/or put in seasoned salt!
I ate these eggs a minute ago, and good lord, they were amazing. Very fluffy. I won't cook eggs any other way again. Instead of fresh chives, I used fresh basil. Still good.
I tried the eggs his way and they were fucking delicious but since im american I used sour cream instead of creme fraiche and it was alright, also instead of chives I used bacon bits
