To me, it sounds like she is saying "ennuie la bon" which would mean something like annoy it good. She could be telling the man, possibly her john, that it is good to annoy the two cops. She gives them a sort of funny look after she has spoken. It may also explain why the man repeats it again and then she pats him on the shoulder like he's done something good.
