The face lifted Nissan Maxima is the subject of this designevaluation. The new fascia put it in line with the new Altima face. The overall quality of this car is good, but definelty not on Toyota nor Honda level yet. It is a spacious package, enhanced by the low theme of the instrument panel.
toyotas feel like fords? lol. theres a reason why they are the top selling cars in america and they are usually more expensive than nissans.

Toyota and Hondas are good cars, but Nissan is a Excelente Car. I have a Maxima96 with over 200k miles and still running amazing. I'am looking for a 5th generation Maxima now, I can't afford a 6th generation one, they looks Awasome!!!

I agree! Nissans quality and design is way better the Honda and Toyota. Toyotas remind me of Ford...when Im in a Toyota I feel like Im in a cheeply made Ford. Honda has a better quality interior then Toyota...but it still feels like Im not in a sport sedan. In the accord I feel as if Im riding in a Buick. Nissan is superior to Honda and Toyota on every level...PERIOD.

I'd argue that Nissan's quality and reliably is on the level with Toyota and even better than Honda. I drove my 1986 Maxima until 2004 when I got in an accident, and up till that day she ran had all the time. While as my sister had a 1997 Honda Accord and got raid of it just two years later because of all the problems it gave her.
