@Orcidea well this was a LONGG time ago i heard so from between that they probably changed that i knew there was going to be a fallout 4 but i thought obsidian was not making a fallout

Bulls**t. Fallout 4 is now under development by Bethesda Game Studios, and will be published by Bethesda Softworks. Coming maybe this fall, or most likely fall 2013.
New Vegas is a spinoff, and was published by Bethesda Softworks, but developed by Obsidian Entertainment, so its not an official Fallout sequel. Fallout 4 will be an official sequel in Fallout games.
