*Yawn* ... you sound like a broken record.
You're not fooling anyone using different accounts, either.

Somerville was DRUNK in a car and refused a breath test-if allowed to drive DRUNK she could have killed children! An extremely well respected High Court judge TOTALLY QUASHED the sentence and Andrews has no criminal record! Clearly Somerville was paralytic drunk & fell over in a state of intoxication & pissed herself. She contributed to this; to successfully avoid prosecution for drink driving. Sgt Andrews is totally exonerated and will be reinstated and awarded dismissal compensation!

Your degree of ignorance is astounding. It is plain to see in the video that the way she was treated was uncalled for. There was no justification for it. That act was unlawful in itself, straight-up abuse of power courtesy of the thug, the bully, the 'officer' that, wrapped up in anger, used his overbearing power to force that woman to his will, breaking her face in the process. At a absolute minimum, he should be fired from his position, and charged with assault.

@9ff70f96 The only EVIL one is that sad drunk old slag Somerville - drink driving KILLS! This old whore threw herself on the floor and pissed herself to successfully avoid being prosecuted for drink driving High Court Appeal Judge Bean also concluded after a four-day hearing he fully was satisfied Sgt. Andrews did NOT throw Somerville into the cell and that injuries she suffered "were caused by her falling to the floor after letting go of the door frame when she was intoxicated".

You just don't seem to understand. There is no justification for her to be treated in that manner, nor is there any law that permits it.
The courts work hand-in-hand with the Police as they, too, are the establishment, and the establishment never likes to face the truth that they are in the wrong as that is considered to be an attack on itself. They always act to defend the interests of the state.
It is a corrupt system, heavily biased.
That is not justice.
@Sevenfold120
The Independent Police Appeals Tribunal has overturned a decision to dismiss Sgt Andrews and they have determined that he will be reinstated at his former rank immediately. A respected High Court Appeal Judge Mr Justice Bean also concluded after a four-day hearing that he was satisfied Sgt. Andrews did NOT throw Somerville into the cell and that injuries she suffered were caused by her falling to the floor after letting go of the door frame when she was intoxicated.
