In this promo from 1996, we can see David Ushery and Nancy Loo former anchors for the morning newscasts at WABC in the mid 90s along with Art McFarland, Bill Evans, and Joe Nolan. David Ushery has left WABC in 2001 and is now working at WNBC.

Lori Stokes became the morning anchor and replaced Nancy Loo on Monday 4/11/2000, while Steve Bartelstein replaced Robb Hanrahan on 12/11/2000.

I remember when David Ushery used to be on WFSB Eyewitness News Channel 3 in Hartford CT.

He now works for WNBC's NewsChannel 4 at 6.

And WABC-TV is still the only O&O to have two choppers. WABC doesn't own the other one though, it is owned by Metro Traffic, they just use the other one for Metro Traffic reports.

KABC is the other O&O that operates 2 helicopters Air7 HD and air 7. KGO also operates 2 helicopters.
