It looks nice but a bit small for a mid-size, i'd put it on the compact segment. And there is other think that I don't like of it... Is it made in China or something?
Actually, they have their own battery manufacturing plant. Yes, it's in China, which is probably where your computer and it's battery came from. No, you can't buy these batteries at Wal-Mart. Btw, the entire electric power system was designed by the lead engineer from the EV1, so he may just have a clue what he's doing. I think with an 8-year battery warranty, you don't need to worry about changing the individual cells. Do you personally service the battery in your cell phone? I don't.
Like we don't have enough junk coming from China, now a car with battery cord from cells that made in China that you can get from Wal*Mart. Who in the right mind that would get this car. I rather drive a Little Tykes' toy car with 12V battery stringed together in the back.
It is soooo ugly, I'm sure a lot of people are waiting to buy one. Looks uglier than the Prius. How do you get to individual cells, do you have to remove the seats, the carpet, and weld off a section to get to the individual cells?
no one will buy a $40000 car that looks like the Subaru Mediocrity. It don't matter if its powered by gas, electric, or antimatter, a car that ugly will not sell for that price in any meaningful numbers.
