@Nidoslin Shit, awesome!! Thanks ;)

@Nidoslin Cheers and best of wishes otherwise. There isn't really more to it than training as much as you can. I have however practiced for about 1½ year and had no experience at all before that, so you do evolve very quickly. Best of wishes! :D

@LadyGaGaMarchof86 For me, I have just practiced as much as I possebly could to walk and "be" on my hands. I kinda try to do all the things I do on my feet but on my hands. Things I do are for example opening/closing doors on my hands, walking down/up stairs, turning lamps on or off, carry things with my feet and drop them on other places. I think all types of handstands help you develop strenght and balance enough to do it. One video I take lots of inspiration is "Livewire a day in life of..."

@Nidoslin Hahah, good ;)
wow, that's really impressive!
Btw, do you have some good exercises to help develop strength to pull this off? :)
-
@LadyGaGaMarchof86 Haha THAT's for sure! Im carefull about my spine lol ;)
I haven't had ANY problems after soon 2 years of handbalancing, personally I think a bent handstand looks nicer and more like your "own" instead of everybody doing the exactly same straight. also I get better balance and can evolve on my hands, for example I have started "walking/moving" down from thing up to a meter high starting and ending in a handstand, which I wouldn't be able to do with a "straight" form. :) Cheers!

@Nidoslin When you're holding your body straight up above your head, you're weight is evenly "distributed" on your entire spine, but when bent you might put more pressure on certain parts of your back and it can lead to injuries :) but if you haven't noticed any pain or anything so far, you're probably good, but be careful, you don't want to mess up your back :)

@LadyGaGaMarchof86 In what way? Myself im doing it a bit bent, and thats the best position for me. :)
-
@Nidoslin It's better for your back and neck :)
-
@thecheeringcat3 Why, that was an awesome handstand?
Keeping it straight would only have made it harder to balance and would have looked bad. :P
-
@LadyGaGaMarchof86 Why when it doesn't give you better balance or help you in any way? :P
don't look into the ground, look "behind" you, so that your head is parallel with the rest of your body ;)
