all curves are at standard position timing on normal. drag brake 40% brake 80% im also running 4s lipo so i dont want to take the settings any further the esc cuts off after every 2 passes. This vid is quite old now ive recently been 106mph and the b4s been 98mph with the mamba monster esc. ive yet to put another monster esc in the xxx-s to go around 117 mph.

Im also going testing today so hopefully ill get the b4 to go 100+mph ive got the fastest buggy for open wheel in the world so hopefully ill get a trophy and set a record.

also if you type in on youtube rossa practice youll see my car with another shell its the blue car fastest run was the last one which was 102.99mph b4 the mamba max esc caught fire. the place im at is shakespeare county race way practice for the uk speed event.

hey i am about to build one, i currently have a vxl esc and motor, how fast will i be running that setup in a xxxs?

if your using the vx brushless system from your other car in your vid you should get 90+ depending o the voltage of your lipos and and gearing your using.

Try a 64 pitch spur/pinion set up 118/48 if i remember right.... Had that set up on a pretty solid (read heavy with mostly aluminum parts) xxx-s i used for late model with a 15t double brushed mod motor 3800nimh 6 cell pack hitting 70's down 128ft straight aways dirt oval calculations with 3s lipo and 5700kV Motor should easily hit 90+

@sgtfarva he said the car can only do two runs before shutting off, i had a 9600 kv motor and was able to run a s3 cell for about 5 1/2 minutes before it shut down. running higher cell counts shorten the life of the motor and cause it to heat up. but if you dont really care abou tthat, then no worries

I am running a 7700 kv, 6 cell 3300 nimh, 86 spur with a 23t 48 pitch, which gives me a 6.84 and i am trying to find the best setting on the mamba max esc
