do you rest then repeat this or would once be enough to actually burn fat and help your conditioning?? it looks good though Im gonna try it tomorrow after muay thai :)

i use a 10kg kettlbell and im 17 it isn't really that strenuous on me but when i do 50 reps of an exercise i can really feel it, would i be better off doing less reps with a heavier kettbell? say 15, 16kg maybe

@JackWoga In this video I'm using a 20kg which works nicely for this complex. If 10kg isn't strenuous then you need to bump the weight up. Try a 16kg and if thats still not taxing enough then go with a 20kg. I've done this with a 24kg and its a real smoker! Keep the reps at 5 for each exercise
