hat you will need to make this delicious dish!




1 Loaf of Ciabatta Bread (Italian crusty bread)

You will want to slice the bread into 1-2 inch slices (you will need about 6-8 slices)




8oz of Mixed Mushrooms

-Baby Bella

-Shitake

-Oysters

Any combination of mushrooms is fine




3 sticks of fresh Thyme




Salt and Paper to taste




2 cloves of fresh chopped garlic




2-3 Tbsp of Oil (extra virgin olive oil)




In a medium saute pan heat oil and add the garlic, saute the garlic until brown. Add your mushrooms and cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring regularly until your mushrooms are soft and tender.




While the mushrooms are cooking, toast the ciabatta slices under an oven broiler (griller) until golden on both sides. Take the bread out of the oven and spoon equal amounts of the mushrooms topping on each slice of ciabatta Bread




Serve immediately.
