@TheShadowfoxNo1 Cruise control used to work on the vacuum in the inlet chamber, now it works electronically with the airflow meter instead, it uses metering. The only way to achieve better fuel consumption is to cool the intake air and compress it so there is more volume = turbo charging.

To really prove the worthiness of this item you should do a test on a dynomometer to see how much power loss you might have using less fuel. The tpi regulates the amount of fuel the injectors release so the less voltage the tpi sends the less fuel the injectors inject, simple really. What is really needed is more air volume and a clean bright spark, all this without robbing the engine of power to increase power. Running the alternator on the tailshaft increases power too.
