what about full makeup meltdown? my skin is naturally warm and SUPER oily.. i spend so much time doing my makeup and it just slides right off.. any suggestions or products i can use?

waterproof eyeliner on the waterline o_o ...not a good idea, the only thing that's safe for your waterline is plain kohl liner! A lot of the time, other liners will contain ingredients that will cause an eye stye or mini pimples from clogging the skin that makes up the waterline.
