General hill skills

The mountains can be a dangerous place throughout the year and having the right general hill skills is key. This short video explains the skills and training you need.

The Met Office has been working with the Welsh Assembly Government, British Mountaineering Council, Mountain Leader Training and Sports Wales, to create a series of short videos on the skills and training you need to stay safe in the mountains.
