Granted, he doesn't exhibit most of his talent nowadays. But listen to their Conscious EP, Orph EP, Leitmotif, and El Cielo, and you'll hear more of what he is capable of.

  • to the haters about Dino's drumming...some people can't appreciate originality. Or they think he is showing off or isn't technical enough. Dino is like a Jack White or Tom Morello on guitar..he doesn't shred but nobody else can do what he does. At one of the live dredg shows he let someone from the audience play drums on "of the room". Dude is way cool and has no ego. Stop hating on him.

  • @atothej1822 I'm a Dredg fan, they are good. Gavin actually DOES sound good on this, but I am tired of fans trying to compensate for his poor vocals all the time :/

  • Dino is super intense and drives the music better than most average drummers do, taking in his whole musicianship, he is one of the best drummers active today. I think Bug Eyes is what it is largely because of Dino's chops. He's the difference between dredg being good and great on "Catch Without Arms"

  • @soma27 Dino does nothing special on this album, but on El Cielo he does some really tasteful beats. Not incredibly difficult, but they compliment to music very well.

  • @PortugalTheAccount So you responded to my comment without having any idea what i was talking about..congrats. Nowhere did i say to be great you have to put rudiments and double bass in whole songs. And guess what that title "greatest drummer of all time" doesnt exist cuz theres no such thing. But good try. And actually bonzo was one of the more spazzy drummers. But yes, an 8 year old could play bug eyes and dino does nothing difficult ever so yes he is completely average.

  • @bullo247 Are you just learning the drums? And i dont mean that as an insult im serious cuz if so then i could understand cuz seriously listen to real drumming songs like ticks and leeches or orestes then tell me how bug eyes compares

  • @soma27 I found Bug Eyes very technical and difficult when I was learning it. It's not simple, it's quite disjointed... And you have to play the piano in some bits as well >.>
