she was one of the teachers/performers in my sis' former Chinese dance academy. i didn't know that she was that famous until now. i saw her live at one of our banquets. i wonder if she's still here now.

In fact, this one is the old version. There is a new version. This music is from secret garden. The music in the new version is better than this one because that is created specifically for this dance by a famous Chinese composer who is also a good friend of this dancer

Yes. She has so many versions of this dance. This one is not exactly "old". It was new until a year or two ago. There was an even older version before this one.

Dancer not from Tai or Dai, from Bai ethinic. She's the ONE make Dai dance beautiful. Not Dai itself. hehehe...I understand you try to related with her. But she's Chinese. only speak & read Chinese. smile...

... Erh.... I never said she's Dai. The dance is a modern form of Dai dance, but everyone knows that she's Bai.
