Losing weight and dieting is not hard, it's your brain that you have to battle with as it associates pleasure with food. If you can stop being a taste bud slave, i.e. stop thinking fattening junk food is the best tasting food, exercise in moderation (a home or gym cross trainer is great) and MOST importanly be happy with doing that, you will lose weight fast. I lost 3 stone in 3 months but it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get your brain out of craving those fattening, high calorie foods.

I am eating 1000 or less a day and cutting most all the carb intake as possible. I have the sensation that it is time to eat but no hunger pain. I have lost 20 in three weeks or so. Key for me was the carbs. I can eat a potato and like a bomb three hours starving.

@kainfury Right! This should not be used! Unless you want to throw away your lean muscle mass.....

Dude, if you lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks, a lot of that is muscle! People don't seem to understand, it's about losing FAT, not just losing WEIGHT. If you start losing more than 2 lbs a week, you're going to start losing a significant amount of muscle also.

Hey there, can you please like a sample menu of what you eat daily so I can have a better idea of what to eat exactly because I've tried nearly all diets out there and I have failed each and every time. I have tried the eating after every 2 hours thing but I was either too full after one meal or too hungry and ate before..well it's just really confusing for me. So please help me.

No, that's something a lot of tards of over exaggerated. AKA the starvation mode myth. What will usually happen is you lose a lot of weight, then hit was is known as a "plateau", which simply means that you stop losing weight and start losing more muscle mass.Don't starve yourself, just limit your calories to 750 a day, while doing moderate cardio three times a week. NO SUGAR, and you will watch the fat melt off like butter, dont over do it like the annorexics though. they get ill
You do need to reduce your calorie intake in order to lose the weight. After you have lost the weight that you want you should gradually increase your calories to around 2,000 to maintain your weight at that level. Keep in mind that you should also be exercising.

@thomasdiet Each person may vary with what calories you may need depending on your activity.
