My SECRET to CLEAR Skin! ( say goodbye to acne )

Everyone struggles with acne at some point. I happened to have over 10 years where I struggled with severe acne. Keep in mind, acne is nothing to be ashamed of. It's totally normal and you need to remember that you still look amazing regardless and acne shouldn't stop you from living your lives to the fullest!

These products are not the CURE for acne. However, if you combine these products with a healthy diet, lots of water and follow some of these tips while using these products, you WILL notice a major improvement!

*Loreal 360 Go Deep for Sensitive skin (the blue scrubber)
*Loreal 360 Go Deep Exfoliating scrub (the orange one)
*Pure Tea Tree Oil

OTHER TIPS NOT IN THE VIDEO:
- make sure your phone is clean when it's touching your face
-wash your hair enough to where bacteria from your hair isn't touching your face thru the day and when you sleep.
-make sure your pillow case is clean
-never touch your face unless your hands are clean- they deposit oil & bacteria from under your nails
-don't OVER cleanse- only once in the morning and once before bed
-make sure you're moisturizing your face. A gel based lotion is best for acne.
-always shower after you work out & work out several times a week
-you might be allergic to certain foods. If I eat too much dairy I get more acne. ALSO hormones in meats can cause an imbalance in your hormones as well.

@Christina1Pham don't put this on your eye area- it's very strong and can also dry out the skin a bit. you should use an under eye cream and use tea tree oil as a spot treatment on acne spots! good luck! xoxo

@beeali23 try using a toner in the morning and at night between washing your face and applying your eye cream and acne spot treatments. the order of skin care should be: 1. wash face 2. pat dry 3. toner 4. moisturize (optional) & eye cream (optional), then LAST 5. spot treatment for acne with tea tree oil. I am really loving the toner from Face Stockholm lately. it's amazing. There's a lot of good ones on the market though!

i've got that oil, 100percent natural and organic, i used it for a few moths, it did nothing to my skin, still the same. i'm not talking about any cleansers, all containing stuff that my skin doesn't need. glad that it helped you, but be careful, it may not be permanent
