West Bengal, January 21(ANI): During a joint operation by the west Bengal police and the para-military forces Kishenji, the elusive leader of Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist), escaped arrest in West Midnapore district of West Bengal on Wednesday. Acting on a tip off, the joint forces launched a search operation in the forest area between Dumurkota and Hatiasole villages under Kotwali police station, but they could reach the Maoist camp, Kishenji and other close aids managed to flee.
