Chateau De Bourdeux

Across from our home in Golden Pebble Beach, Dalian, China, they have built a complete castle looking thing which is actually a display village - in a few months. We have never seen buildings go up so quickly. The houses they are selling start at 5-million RMB or about $700,000 each and they are building 700 of them. The high end houses will be about 10-million RMB. These are for holiday homes - used a couple of weeks a year by wealthy Chinese. What happened to capitalism and what happened to communism?
