It takes 60 years for a maple tree to become mature enough to make skateboards.

Bamboo is a grass and can grow up to two feet a day.

The more you cut down bamboo, the more it grows back

Just for fun we are going to redo this test, please post some suggestions as to how we can try to destroy a bamboo deck! the ideas need to fairly sensible tests of strength that can actually be carried out......i will send a bamboo deck free of charge to whoever comes up with the best idea!
