YIKES! Gary, I knew people give themselves insulin shots on a daily basis but I never knew people get B12 injection. Do you always inject the medicine in your thigh?

@QuietStormMan Hi L! Yes, I always inject into my thigh. I was getting them at the doctors office by a nurse monthly. Then we moved and my mom recommended my doctor give me the supplies so I could do it myself until I get established here and find a doctor who can give them to me. He gave me a 10 month supply. When I get them at the doctor office, they give it to me in my upper arm, near my shoulder. I have to take these for life because I'm deficient.
