he ties the slider (the green flap) for a couple reasons, one so he can go a little faster and two cos its noisy as hell haha i might just be here in ireland, but i was sure it was a universal thing that once the canopy opens you gotta go through a check list before you start flying normally

@StreamingKnowledge Safer then you might think, most skydiving fatalities occur from people making stupid mistakes. Proper preparation insures a safe skydive.

I did not master the PLF. I broke my ankle like a dumbass. Thankfully I'm healed up now.

Yea I kinda mastered the plf lol I looked at a few of the pics my dad took and found out I wasn't flairing all the way ( must of been because I was so nervous) I'm so excited to jump again but I only can afford 3 right now

@chittychad18 it is not easy, it is all about timing, to make sure you don't get a leg injury from the speed you are falling from, as SOON as you touch the floor you do this roll on the floor to help absorb the impact. But wen you jump it looks like the floor is heading for you, not you heading to the ground.
