what they lack in size...they sure make up for in beauty! nice video. like the shot at the lower falls at hills creek, I have a photo of myself in the exact same spot! beautiful area down there!

nice place, i have a nice little creek right by my house has been well know to be stocked with fresh water eel, crawdads, native trout and you see a few bigems every now and then coming down off the mountain

we go to little river in pocahontas co. to fish for native there is nothing like it....... it is heaven

i agree it is heaven, im head up to a stream for some browns and rainbows, hopefully i will get a nice brook

@biglumberjack I've been fly fishing for a long time now and the only thing I regret is that I have fished in so many beautiful places for big and little fish and there isn't enough time in a lifetime to fish all of the beautiful places. I love to catch big trout and a lot of other species, for that matter; but there is something really satisfying about pulling trout from a small stream. That's a beautiful place and I wish I could fish it with you.

we mainly fish cherry river and the mountain streams that feed it. the streams are very good for native trout. the further you go up them the better the fishing gets. good luck.

Nice slideshow and music. Looks like pretty counrty. I'd like to think that you released them all to grow up, but it did not look like it. Practice live release, everyone is better for it!

I have been going down there and fishing for a few years now. we release every fish we catch and would not think about taking a fish from the beautiful mountain streams of WV.
